Performance Specifications

  1. Heat Insulation & Flame Resistance:

    • Sole Insulation: Temperature rise on the inner sole surface ≤20°C after 30 minutes of heat exposure.

    • Radiant Heat Resistance: Temperature rise on the inner surface of the boot shaft ≤8°C after 1 minute of exposure to a radiant heat flux of 10±1kW/㎡.

    • Flame Resistance: Self-extinguishing within 2 seconds after leaving the flame, no molten drips, and damage length ≤40mm.

  2. Waterproof Performance:

    • Withstands 4 hours of static water immersion without leakage.

  3. Compression & Impact Resistance:

    • Toe Compression Resistance: Clearance ≥18mm under a static pressure of 10.78kN.

    • Impact Resistance: Clearance ≥18mm after a 23kg weight drop from a height of 300mm.

  4. Puncture Resistance:

    • Sole puncture resistance ≥1600N.

    • Shaft puncture resistance ≥165N.

  5. Electrical Insulation:
