Fire Suit features a two-piece design, consisting of a jacket and bib-trousers, ensuring full-body coverage without compromising mobility. Constructed with advanced aramid materials, the suit provides excellent resistance to heat, flames, and static electricity while maintaining breathability and moisture management.

Key Components:

  • Shell: Made of 93% Meta-aramid, 5% Para-aramid, 2% anti-static fabric (200±10gsm), with a water-repellent finish.

  • Moisture Barrier: Aramid spunlace substrate laminated with flame and heat-resistant PTFE membrane, providing water resistance, moisture permeability, and breathability.

  • Thermal Barrier: 100% aramid for superior heat insulation.

  • Lining: 50% Meta-aramid, 50% FR Lenzing for enhanced comfort and durability.

  • Seams: Double-stitched with aramid thread for added strength.

  • Closure System: Quick-release Wilson zipper with fire-resistant aramid tape for easy and secure fastening.

  • Reflective Tape: Silver-yellow-silver pattern (5cm width) for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.

  • Secure Closure: The trousers feature a sturdy zipper with fire-resistant Velcro fastening for added protection.

Performance

  • Thermal Protection: Advanced multilayer construction provides excellent heat resistance.

  • Moisture Control: Breathable and moisture-wicking layers prevent overheating.

  • Chemical Resistance: Limited protection against chemical splashes, requiring immediate cleaning if contaminated.

  • Wash & Care Instructions:

    • Machine or hand wash at max 40°C using neutral detergents.

    • Do not bleach.

    • Tumble dry at a maximum temperature of 70°C.

    • Avoid prolonged sun exposure and store in a cool, dry place.

    • Re-impregnation recommended after 5 washes.

Warning:

  • The fire suit must be worn as a complete set (jacket and trousers).

  • Not suitable for entry into open flames or explosive environments.

  • Does not provide protection against chemical, biological, or electrical hazards.

  • In the event of chemical exposure, remove the garment immediately and clean or discard accordingly.
